Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your SKYTRAIL TECHNOLOGIES purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right. This policy outlines the terms and process for returns and refunds.
1. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to initiate a return. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange unless the product is defective and covered by our warranty.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received.
- In its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories.
- Accompanied by a proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Certain items are non-returnable: personalized/customized products, final sale items (clearly marked), and gift cards. If you are unsure, please contact us before purchasing.
3. Return Process
Contact our support team at support@skytrailtechnologies.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label (for US orders). International customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Pack the item securely and ship it back within 14 days of receiving the return label. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
- If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary. If you still have not received it, contact us for assistance.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at the address above and we will arrange a replacement shipment.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement or full refund, including any shipping charges.
