Shipping Terms

We aim to get your SKYTRAIL TECHNOLOGIES gear to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping practices below.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
2. Domestic Shipping USA
We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
- Standard 3–7 business days: $4.99 — Free on orders over $50
- Expedited 2–3 business days: $12.99
- Overnight 1 business day: $24.99, order by 12:00 PM EST
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.
3. International Shipping
We ship to over 60 countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, but may be longer due to customs processing. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are levied once the package reaches your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information before ordering. We cannot mark packages as “gift” or undervalue them.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package on the carrier’s website. If you do not receive a tracking email within 3 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
We insure every shipment. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund. Please report damage within 7 days of delivery and keep all packaging materials for inspection.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an invalid address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.
8. Shipping Restrictions
Some products may be restricted for international shipping due to size, weight, or local regulations. If your order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
